The concept of “green economy” is now no longer just a simple exercise in political dialectic but has entered in all respects the real economy.

The rulers of the world are committed to issuing laws that impose sustainable development; the amount of resources available to the planet is not infinite and all of us now share and participate in this collective effort to save resources.

Separate collection, recycling, renewable energy, sustainable development, environmental impact, low emissions have become concepts in the public domain and today the consumer, if he can, prefers to use products that give him the guarantee of participating in environmental protection.

From the product, the concept of eco-sustainability is rapidly moving on to organizations; on the other hand, third-generation marketing embraces the concept of corporate social responsibility, which is no longer seen within the community simply as something proper to the entrepreneur but as the wealth or value of the territory in which it is inserted.

For consistency, a “green” company is not credible in proposing a “green” product.

Most of the materials that FA.CO.PLAST uses for production (cotton, polypropylene granule, PVC granule, metal wire) come from the recycling cycle and even the paper used for packaging is recycled.

For example, the annual quantity of recycled cotton fiber used by FA.CO.PLAST allows:

A failure to release about 100 tons of chemical products into the environment, the loading of 5 trucks;
A saving of about 25,000 cubic meters of water, like 13 Olympic-sized 50-meter swimming pools;
The non-emission into the environment of about 10,000 tons of CO2 equal to the emission of 3200 cars in a year.
